Surveying is how we ensure a quality installation for our clients.

Depending upon the complexity, size and status of the job, site surveys can be carried out before or after placement of order.

All of W&D Reactive's surveyors are fully disciplined in window and door set installation techniques and in particular the quality branded systems that we install.

Conclusively a full site survey should provide us with the following;

  • Detailed analysis of the customers requirements
  • Any defects and deficiencies of the structural opening for suitable install
  • Measurements of structural opening
  • Calculation of the manufacturing sizes
  • Performance and other special requirements i.e weather tightness, drainage, hardware Risk Assessments
  • Structural loading requirements
  • Removal of any existing productsInstallation techniques

Following the information collated by our surveyors and subsequent to the placement of the order all information will then be passed over to our designers for drawings.

DOOR INSTALLATIONS

When manufactured, the project passes to our highly-skilled installations teams who will liaise closely with the customer on all aspects of the process; ensuring minimal disruption to the premises is caused during the fitting process itself.

We work closely with our customers to identify the best time and date to undertaken the installation, taking into consideration such variables as their employees, customers and needs for entry/egress to and from the premises along with risk assessed health and safety considerations.
